This is very helpful, and I apologize for the hijacking the thread, but...
I screwed (no pun intended) up and forgot to install the lower molding pieces behind the doors on the cab. The right side is obviously no problem. But, does anyone have a way to install the left molding in a bucket seat truck with the carpet tank cover without moving (removing?) the tank? There's only about 3/8" between the tank and the door pillar.
