Roger, I tried scanning the dimensions of the tank and sending them to the computer~ not going to happen; so

Follow me:
Top of the gas tank, running lengthwise of the truck: 11 7/8"
The step down or drop; goes down below the rear crossmember: 3 1/2"
The remainder of the back part of the tank that goes beneath the crossmember: 6"
The depth of the tank: 10 3/4"
The part you would see from behind the truck as the bumper would hide: 7 3/4"

I hope this helps and wasn't too confusing
