As I was re-reading the old posts, are you saying this will only work with a signal from an ecm? I had hoped the signal from the trans was all that was needed, but..... My swap was just a NV4500 behind the 454 I already had in the truck. Electrically, my truck is pretty much stock. Will this mod work without an ecm?
