It's been a little while since I've updated, been really busy and not much time to work on my truck, but here it goes..
guy down the road gave me a parts truck(aluminum step bump is the only thing I can really use haha)
Got my cab off the frame
spot blaster some of the areas of concern and the concerns came into reality..
I completely blasted the cab but didnt get a pic because I was a little upset on the condition, the firewall to cowl area was the worst, Its primed at the shop now, might snap a pic if someone wants...
time to find a better cab!!!!
and I found one! blasted and off to a buddy for patch work(this one needs floor supports, inner/outer rockers, lower kick panel, cab corners) I may snap a few pics when I drop my other cab off at his place for reference if he needs it, or so use to cut pieces off of if he has to.
and I have my rear cab mounts from 4-5-6 chevy(never by from them again..) and my power steering adapter from captainfab(awesome guy to deal with).. I also have a vortec 350 and vortec-tbi intake.
