Autozone sells flexible steel exhaust tubing. You could get some muffler clamps and bolt the tubing to the exhaust manifolds. If you already have the mufflers, bolt those to the flexible tubing, wire it up to the frame and go.

It'll have plenty of exhaust leaks, but it'll be quieter than an open exhaust.
