I, too, recommend ProPerformance. I bought a majority of my air parts from them, and the quality and prices were great. Travis is a huge help. I had a static drop and went to bags, and love them. You have to decide what you want out of the vehicle. I don't think I would bag my daily driver, especially if I lived in a colder climate, but if it's a toy you should definitely go with the bags. It is a little more work and maintenance, but it is a blast to drive, and so cool to be able to 'lay it out" at the cruise ins.
