For the front you can use spindles from a 73 to 87 truck and you will need to replace the ball joints and outer tie rod ends from the same year 73-87. You may have to replace the steering linkage but not 100% sure on that. With 15inch rims you can't go real big on the rotors because the caliper will run into the rim
