if they are small like a hail dent or something it wont work very we use those suction cups at school to pull large spots that are oil canning(when you can push it in and out) and after that then we take a hammer and dolly to it. I say your best bet would be to try and access it from the back and work it out if you know nothing about body work then dont try it you could cause more damage
