Could be the pump or something as simple as a split fuel line in the tank like mtnsackett said. I would suggest replacing the pump anyway since you have to drop the tank or raise the bed anyway. The pumps are relatively cheap(around 65.00) and still available through the dealer or somewhere online like Rockauto.
