Kind of. You can modify the tune to make the MPH part of the speedometer work with the original face, but the problem lies in the odometer. If you just changed it in the tune and made the needle match the number of whatever speed you're going, the odometer wouldnt be correct.It has to do with the sweep of the S-10 speedo, its calibrated to the odometer. I hope that makes sense?
