The powder coaters I have talked to say that the legitimate chrome powder, like the stuff Bilstein uses for their coil overs is about a three or four stage process that is very expensive. The regular two stage reflective chrome powder that they have is very nice, I have it on my upper and lower control arms, but it is not shiny chrome it is just silver. A polished grill looks much better in my opinion. and if you keep this truck in the garage it will be shiny for a long time between polishes.
