I guess what I'm asking is the frame is on the title as a LWB with a certain weight for that truck. If you cut the frame off then that weight is no longer good per that title. This would in fact be wrong. I would think it would make the truck illegal also on the road.

Yes dear I know people change the paint and what nots on a truck but it doesn't effect the title like mentioned. Cosmetic changes have been done forever. That's not the question. The frame is the structure in which the manufacture built his product on and was given a licence to do so for a given weight. I would think this could lead to all kinds of legal problems if the truck was sold by said person and it involved in a wreck are was stolen even.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
