The new poly comes with the straps and a new mounting hardware kit.

The used poly comes with straps and you should be able to reuse your current hardware to install.

The box is quite large so I will say $45 to ship/insure it.

If it is more - I will eat it. If it is less - I will reimburse the buyer.
