Sitting on the bumps.
The left rear drum will not roll forward but will roll backwards freely. Any suggestions on what may be causing this? I have the emergency brake disconnected and no transmission in the truck so it should move, right? Sorry, no experience working on drum brakes or could it be an axle issue?
