-Remove big giant nut holding pitman arm in place

-Use pitman arm puller to remove arm from splined part of steering box shaft. Sometimes they won't come completely off and out of the way but they will be obviously loose from the splines.

-remove the two hoses from the top of the box

-remove the pinch bolt from the steering coupler. It will take a 7/16 wrench or socket, 12 point only. Tap steering shaft coupler upwards off of the box input shaft.

-remove four mounting bolts (3/4 inch socket) holding box to frame.

-lift box slightly if needed to fully disengage the pitman shaft from the pitman arm.

-clean up spilled fluid.
