As much as myself and everyone on this board loves to help. Your question is best suited for the manufacture of the rod bolts (ARP) and the rod manufacture (eagle) to help you with your issue.
Are you using a stock GM block or something different? 400 crank with 350 block? Leave it to the experts to help you. It is a lot of money and time to take best educated guesses.
