I run the electronic flashers in all my stuff since I use trailers so I don't get the hyperflash when I plug in.

May just be going bad or there's high resistance in some of the connections may be causing it to flash too quick

I would check to see if the the 4 ways flash quick also , if not and they flash normal swap the 2 flashers and see if that fixes it. then go from there
