I can't see how you would need a new drive shaft,front or rear with 4" lift.I have had 4 trucks over the last 20 years with 4" lift & never changed front or rear shafts.My 82 has a 6" lift and I didn't change the shaft,done a bit of grinding the ears on the front but it's ok now.This shop might just be trying to squeeze more money out of you.
