Looks like you got it figured out, it looks nice in there, have you got the filler neck figured out yet ? On my 66 we relocated the filler neck to the right rear of the top of the tank and put a lid in the floor. it worked out well. Oh yes if you are going to put in a computer controled fuel injected engine be sure and put a in tank fuel pump , it will save you a lot of trouble (I went through 4 remote pumps before installing it in the tank instead of inline...) ps I closed off one and left one open, I think you should close both of them off we cannot fill the tank up all the way without it smelling up the garage. The next time we drop the tank we plan to block them both off, 1 tube was for the filler neck and the other returned to the carb (TBI) I think they should be blocked off. The older trucks vented through the filler cap.
