Use a popsicle stick with heavy grease. If the 205 is out of the truck you'll want to put the tcase on its back, but in a way that you can still get to the rear output side. This will allow you to CAREFULLY slip the rear output shaft back on in with it face up. If you tip it to far to either side the bearings will fall out of place. I just did this over Memorial weekend.
