Rich1028: I have to admit to blatant theft. I borrowed / stole your idea. I liked your cart so much I built one using yours as an example. Sears had that box and it was on sale, looks like it being discontinued

I used 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 1/8 angle for the frame and bottle support. 1 x 1/8 flat stock for the bottle supports. 1/4 x 4 flat stock (cut to 4 x 4) for the wheel supports. 5/16 x 1 and 5/16 x 3/4 bolts for the wheels.

Up till this point my welder had been used mainly for repairs, this was my 1st real welding project. I did all the welding, with my son pointing me in the right direction. He is a welder by trade.

The first 2 pics are the new welding cart. The last is what I was using. The old one was a nursery cart but it served well for a number of years. The welder lived in the barn with a gravel floor until I closed in a couple bays and laid concrete for the shop.
