Looks good and as mentioned, you can beat the price.

I'm also wondering if it is actually a Rollback.

Also see that it is just over CDL at 27,500. When that truck was built the 26,000 limit was not established yet. Today that GVW is a little rare as something that close would be reduced to get under the limit.
