Problem is that my slip yoke has far too much play. And finding a replacement drive shaft here in the Netherlands is very difficult. That is why I was thinking about replacing the whole shaft for a one piece.

The overall length of my drive shaft would be 66". A 3.5" od driveshaft can have a maximum length of 65".

The question is what the maximum outside diameter is a 64 longbed can have to still clear the crossmember..
