Small plug is door locks. Orange is constant power and other two are lock/unlock going back to the other door switch. These you can test by hooking +12 on the orange and grounding the door. Then try the lock/unlock switch.
The doors don't need to be grounded to test the window motors. Only the locks.

Not sure exactly how you would test the window motors without removing the door panels.
Window motors are reverse polarity. They have 2 wires going to the motor, connect one wire to +12 volts and other wire to -ground and motor will move up (or down) and switch the wires motor will move other direction. But without the Relays and other switches connected I don't think you can test without going directly to the motor wires. I could be wrong though.......

If you do pull the door panels just trace the 2 wires that go down to the window motors located in the bottom of the doors.
