It depends on how much you love the color combo, drivetrain, as well as the condition. Imo sounds high for a ten year old resto at 18. But a new truck would run just shy of 30 and lose value every day.
This one If purchased for the right price and has proper documentation should retain or increase in value.
I'd offer 14 cash. And then wait and see. Not many other buyers lookin to spend that kind of money. Most people just buy new w 0% and no money down.
