You didn't say whether you still have the stock drums or upgraded to disc.

All the listed spec below were from either NapaOnline.com or SummitRacing.com

You could upgrade to the ARP 7/16"-20 with a slightly bigger 0.486 in. knurl (stock knurl is .472" - ???)

You could go to a slightly bigger 1/2-20 in in either stock or ARP but you will have to drill the stud holes out bigger.

Since the newer 12mm studs are so close to the 1/2" studs I wouldn't bother going to them personally. But you could go to the bigger 14mm studs.

Curious, do you torque your lug nuts with a torque wrench or just tighten them down? I'd be looking into why they are breaking in the first place.
