For anything critical I like to use these from West Marine
"ABA OF AMERICA Heavy-Duty 316 Stainless-Steel Hose Clamps"

They cost more, for sure, but for something like an engine oil cooler line, the cost of these clamps is 'chump change' with viewed on the back side of an engine failure due to loss of lubricant.
