Hello All.... I'm trying to play the YOM game here in California. I acquired some vintage black plates that need some restoring ( kind of rough).
Now i have an appointment to see the DMV next week with the unrestored plates and a new repop sticker. Do I need to apply the new sticker on the plate before I see the clerk?... Thanks for the input
