What do you mean by front horns?

Over all it's pretty clean, drives good, run straight no surprises yet. Only thing I'm having issues with is the TC, it won't shift into 4hi.

And yes, that's some type of sound deadner under the carpet. From what I understand the guy's landlord was getting on him about restoring it in the yard (he lived in a trailer park) so that's why he was selling it.
