The first clip at the front of the trim pieces on the doors will have a stud with a barrel nut or a pal nut. The rest of them will only have the spring clip type.
Just a thought if you only find the stud type, the majority of the holes are accessible from the inside. A few are hard to access at the very front but with diligence they could be put on with the stud type.
