Had a similar issue on my 305. Battery was good, alternator good, good fusible links. That's what the previous poster is talking about. Turns out it was a actuator rack (not proper nomenclature) in the steering column that works with the ignition switch. All I did was adjust the column tilt down and fired up every time since then. Though I would definitely start with the battery and work your way from there.
