The rear is simple but does require some effort. You can raise the front spring hanger to get about 1" more drop. Since you already have lowering shackles, this should not have an adverse effect on pinion angle. The hard part is removing the rivets from the stock hanger. Once you have those out, raise it up, drill new holes, and bolt it down.
Up front you can cut a full coil off of the stock spring and see if it gets you lower than your 2" drop spring. I have herad of those that cut 1.5 coils, but I never recommend it.
