As a test, make a list of what you need to convert, then think of labor.
Trans
TC, shifter, crossmember
Front diff, springs, mounts, shackles, etc.
Rear diff, etc. to match the front
Driveshafts
Basically you need a doner truck.
But if you get another truck w/ the parts, why put them on the old truck?
