Did you use a multi-piece steering shaft (or run more than one DD joint?)
If so , did you add a steering shaft brace/heim/support bearing?

Mine has a little "bobble" in the steering on jumpy roads or half-lane construction situations. Its because the steering shaft angle required a multi piece shaft, and between the rag joint nd the DD joint the shaft has room to bounce.

This also happens and can make the truck feel like it doesn't have a perfect center on the steering sometimes.
