See if you can't get some belts that are 1 inch shorter or if that's not an option you can find, see if you can get wider. Those look like 7/16", go to 1/2". It won't take much to change the harmonic, let's just hope we change it in the right direction and move it up high enough so it's out of your normal operational band. Jim
