I have had my Rough Country kit on for over 2 months now and have had no problems. I was in the same position you were with money and that is why I went with it. I am happy that I did since I had a few bucks left over to do a few other things to the truck. The main reason I had to get it quick was that the previous owner had put a 2 inch lift on but he used blocks in the front and back which was not only unsafe but illegal. I hope this helps you out.
