Take a few minutes to go through some of the sticky's and larger build threads. The truck manifolds don't fit many/most of the swaps because of the "bump" on the outside and the way the dump in comparison to the position of the perches/mounts.
Same with the oil pan, the truck pan will hit or hang below the cross member on many swaps, and if you move it far enough forward to not do this, it will this come close to the center link and you'll be short on room to mount a fan depending on what rad your going to run.

The trailblazer SS manifolds are a popular header option, as are the doug thorley swap headers if you want a long tube. There are a few other option like camaro manifolds or hooker cast manifolds but some fitment of those will depend on exactly where your engine falls in the engine bay.

The oil pan can be swapped out for something like the LH8/Hot rod pan easily, as well as a few others like the ctsv or fbody pans. Lists of compatible items are throughout the sticky's and builds.
