Go back tomarrow and take some pics of the area around the transformer. If they ask what you are doing it for, tell them they are for your attorney and OSHA. Then start to ask for the land owners information and General Liability insurance info.
I would consult your family attorney and also contact your personal liability insurance carrier, or your general liability carrier.
