The lost concave washer issue is pretty common. It would be nice if someone reproduced them.
The
concave washer is loose on the stud, and commonly misplaced in the garage. I like to hide things from myself so I dont lose them.
the convex side should not come off unless you knock the studs out of the crossmember.
