Swap a-arms/spindle combo over- it is a bolt on.

and FYI there are no disc brake kits that clear OEM 15" wheels, that I have heard of- they all hit the calipers.
This is incorrect.
Tons of disc brake 15" wheeled trucks running around.
5-lug is automatic.
Works fine.

6-lug with 15" wheels just need to run a post-'70 style wheel.
71-87 4x4 wheels work fine with 6-lug aftermarket rotors.

All 15" wheels should have no more than a 4" backspace.
