you have the turn signals hooked up, the other 3 are options particular to that yr/make column
orrieg's eldo column has key buzzer wires in the same location
i believe i had extras too, it's been a while since i saw that plug on my truk
i know i had plugs for intermitant wipers and cruise control
have faith in yourself, hook up the wires as instructed in the manual
these trucks are pretty basic, well, until we add; cruise, remote start, keyless entry, shaved door solenoids, power windows, power seats, power trunk release, power toneou cover release, stereo, 4 speakers, subwoofer, 2 amps, etc...
