A rebuilt steering box from a parts store is only about $175, new pump and hoses, about another $75-80, & add a CaptFab bracket kit. You should be able to do all new for $350-400
Salvage yard pump, brackets, hoses, and gear box I wouldn't pay more than $100-125.
so $200-250 should cover it with used parts.
