This guy did business here for a while selling "primered" parts, mostly misrepresented from my understanding. He was run out of here on the proverbial rail due to the vociferousness of his unhappy customers, but there is no one to alert people on eBay to his practices.
If I recall the whole story correctly, there was a partner of his that was actually a really upstanding guy and tried to make good on his failures. Sort of a Jeckyl and Hyde routine, I guess.
