I'm new on this forum but have been on a few others (Tahoeyukon forum) and know how douchy it'd be for another member to buy it first but like it was said, who knows how many lurkers are on here. If the lady won't pull the ad at least pull the link from the first post!
When I bought mine last week I was insistent on giving the guy a 25% deposit - he said he didn't need it from me. It was Sunday so I couldn't get all the cash and neither of us wanted to screw around with a check. I had to travel a few days for work before I could get back to pick it up so I felt better for both us leaving some cash!
