Not sure at all how an OK title is formated but if the model year is listed as a 1966 then it is incorrect. Some states did and still have a date first sold block. That could be what triggered a 66my being listed.
If I understand you correctly it is listed as a 1966 Chevrolet C20 pickup truck.
The VIN looks like CE247S100001 or CS247F100001 correct with the proper exchanges to reflect your assembly plant and serial number.
If the title, VIN and the doorsill plate (should also have rosette rivets not common pop rivets) agree you are well on the way. A matching SPID label on the glovebox door would also help but many 67 trucks did not have them. There might be frame numbers too.
Basically if everything matches you can probably get it corrected to 67 and the more supporting documentation the better.
