Just a quick update, last night i took the carb apart and totally cleaned and rebuilt it. And got my whole key situation figured out, i ordered a new lock cylinder, but then i found out that you cannot remove the old lock cylinder without a key. So that was another trip to the parts store to get a new ignition switch. Then the other day i took my gas tank into town to get cooked and coated. I was able to throw a battery in and crank it over. But i need the gas tank back before i can drive it, i also got a new sending unit because half of the float was missing!! Thanks for reading, Enjoy!
