OEM is correct , generally rim dates from 1967 and older wheels are between the beads of the rim where the manufacturer stamp and wheel size is. The date will be very small and be just a 63 64 or like 66. 1968 and up they started stamping the day month by the valve stem. Because a 1966 model year truck was being built in 1965 for the first half of their production you will find a 1965 dated rim on a 1966 truck as an example.
