I will probably get slammed for this but Hooter kinda deserved the - feedback. When you win an auction on ebay, you are giving your word that you will pay for the item. I sell on ebay some and I don't know this other guy or what he has done but I have had a few people decide that they didn't want an item after they won it. This has costed me in listing fees, final value fees, and some times a reserve fee. This can really add up. Its just good business to follow through with the deal. Sorry if I offended. Wes.
