TJ means it's listed on the plate, not that his truck had one. I think the same plate must have been used for P10 models, too. All the trucks have the 153 listed there, including my '63 C-30 dually. Also IIRC my '65 C10 lists the 327, but that wasn't a listed option until '66 for a half ton.
