They will usually pop into place if you drive it a little. You'll hear it pop.
If it's stubborn, jack the truck up and let the suspension hang and use a prybar to pop it into the center of the upper pocket. With the suspension hanging, enough tension will be off the coil springs that you can usually pry it a bit.
99 times out of 100 though, they will seat themselves when you drive it.
